Beth Harper

Workforce Innovation Officer

Beth is the President of Clinical Performance Partners, Inc. a clinical research consulting firm specializing in enrollment and site performance management. She also currently serves as the Workforce Innovation Officer for ACRP. Previously she was the Chief Clinical Officer of Centerphase Solutions, Inc., a technology-enabled consultancy specializing in protocol optimization services as well as Sr. Vice President at D. Anderson and Company a firm specializing in patient recruitment and retention.Beth’s career started as a clinician (Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist) where she practiced and served as a clinical research coordinator for some 10 years. This was followed by a transition to work as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA / Monitor) for a Contract Research Organization. Beth had the opportunity to expand her research experience serving as an Associate Director for Merck Research Laboratories in their Clinical Research Operations group and as such has a “360-degree” view of clinical research operations from the site, CRO, sponsor and service provider perspectives.

In addition to her 35+ years of clinical research experience, she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the George Washington University who has published and presented extensively in the areas of study feasibility, site selection, patient recruitment and protocol optimization. Further, Beth has served as a curriculum designer and trainer for Barnett International for over 20 years. As such, she is well versed in adult learning principles and effective training techniques for the adult learner. She serves as an advisor for many industry organizations. Beth received her B. S. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.

Jennifer Lee

Executive Director, Head of Oncology Clinical Operation

Jennifer Lee is a healthcare leader, start-up advisor, mentor, and Executive Director, Head of Oncology, Clinical Operations at Radius. Radius is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and commercializing endocrine therapeutics. With over 20+ years of senior level experience at Pfizer, Gilead, Astellas, and startup companies, she successfully launched NDA efforts for Celebrex®, Bextra, Myrbetriq, Betigma, Xtandi, among others. She is a frequent and sought-after speaker at international healthcare/pharma industry conferences, and advises biotech startups and venture capital companies. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from University of Illinois and master’s degree in Clinical Research and Regulatory Administration from Northwestern University.

Donato Bonifazi

Chief Executive Officer

Donato Bonifazi (MEcon), Economist specialised in European Project Management and certified Project Manager (CEPAS n. 9/2016).

He is CEO at Consorzio per ValutazioniBiologiche e Farmacologiche (CVBF), President of AICRO (Italian Association of Clinical Research Organizations), Chair of the Events & Training WG at EUCROF (European CRO Federation), Board Member at TEDDY – European Network of Excellence for Paediatric Research, Member of the Coordinating Group at Enpr-EMA, the European Network of Paediatric Research at the European Medicines Agency.

Donato Bonifazi is Project coordinator of EPTRI (European Paediatric Translational Research Infrastructure – H2020 GA 777554) aimed to create the framework for a new Research Infrastructure (RI) intended to enhance technology-driven paediatric research in drug discovery and early development phases to be translated into clinical research and paediatric use of medicines.

He is also actively involved in the following projects: PedCRIN - Paediatric Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (H2020 GA 731046); conect4children (c4c) - COllaborative Network for European Clinical Trials For Children (H2020 GA 777389);EJP RD – European Joint Programme on Rare Diseases (H2020 GA 825575).

He has been project coordinator and trial manager in two multinational paediatricclinical trials projects, both funded within the Health programme:DEEP – DEferiprone Evaluation in Paediatrics(FP7 GA 241683) and GAPP – GAbapentin in Paediatric Pain(FP7 GA 602962).

Matty Culbreth-Notaro

Matty has more than 27 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical research primarily in the area of Clinical Operations. She has managed advanced research programs maintaining a deep comprehension of the drug and device development processes, specializing in phases I-IV studies, device, post-approval research, observational studies and recently specializing in decentralized clinical trials. Matty has spent that majority of her career developing robust research programs from the ground up for multi-therapeutic practices and hospitals across the country. Academically, Matty received Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The Florida State University.

Erin Haumann

Managing Director Asia Pacific

Erin has 20+ years experience in the management, direction and oversight of global clinical operations leadership teams, working across pharmaceutical and CRO operating environments. She honed her skills and interest in clinical project management at Merck Asia Pacific and went on to hold positions at several CRO’s including George Clinical and Syneos, Erin’s expertise extends to corporate strategy development and execution, business development, sales and marketing and global clinical trial management. She is passionate about team leadership, development and empowerment and has brought those passions to the planning and execution of virtual clinical trials in Asia.

Dr. Susan Dallabrida

Vice President Consultancy

With 25+ years’ experience as a leader in clinical trials/healthcare and eclinical technology for biopharmaceutical and health-related consumer goods companies, Susan has deep knowledge in developing/implementing novel approaches which improve the quality and efficacy of clinical trials. She is skilled in leveraging patient-centricity to boost engagement and compliance for better data capture, quality and completeness. Susan’s areas of expertise include rater, patient and caregiver training, electronic PRO (ePRO), and electronic ClinRO and instrument development and validation. Susan began her career at Harvard Medical School, first as Principal Investigator and Lab Director at the Children’s Hospital, then as Research Director for Dana Farber. She then went on to roles as a Senior Scientist for Biogen, VP of Clinical Science at ERT and Senior Principal Clinical Consultant at Oracle Health Sciences before coming to ObvioHealth. Dallabrida holds a doctorate from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and has more than 35 publications 4 patents, 25 white papers and 18 awards to her name.
